• Installation, implementation, and maintenance of the Sage 50 ERP system. This has greatly reduced redundancies as well as grow the customer base. The debt owed to the business was reduced by 39% in the first year.
• Initiated a new time-keeping policy that boosted employee morale as well as reduced time taken to perform tasks
