We are looking to hire a Data Engineer to join our rapidly expanding DataOps team. Due to continued growth, we are looking for exceptional Engineers who have the desire to move into a management role within the next 6 months. We have an inhouse training programme designed to fast track exceptional candidates to leadership positions.
Months 1-2 - Structured training - Learn everything you need to know, and we will give you plenty of support while you learn
Months 3-6 - Learn the ropes - Acclimatise to the way we do things, as part of our team working on real client projects
Months 6+ - Take responsibility for delivery management (inc. stakeholders management and team coordination)
