Data scientist (deep learning)
Would you like to solve real-world problems using advanced machine learning?
Danamica is a Copenhagen based startup building business intelligence and automated pricing solutions for the vacation industry. We are still a small team but expecting to grow rapidly during the coming years. We mainly work with tabular data, but also do work with image and text data. We are currently looking to build models integrating multiple data types.
Your tasks will be to:
- Develop, assess, and iteratively improve predictive models using deep learning and other machine learning methods
- Fulfill ad-hoc requests for data and analysis
- Gather and manipulate large volume of data, build data sets and appropriate models
Requirements
- Proficient in Python
- Good SQL and data manipulation skills required including cleaning and managing data
- You are very familiar with PyTorch
- Your are very familiar with gradiant boosting libraries such as LightGBM, Catboost, or XGBoost
- Proficient with Git
- You can write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
- C++ programming knowledge preferred
- Postgresql experience preferred
This is a full-time position. You will work remotely and can choose the hours that you work, as long as we have at least four hours of overlap during the day (Copenhagen is UTC +2).
