If you are highly skilled in DevOps practices, a proactive personality with a passion for Software Engineering and looking for a widely varied role in a small but well funded, entrepreneurial company, then this role could be for you.
Our design and development team are all 100% remote, supporting our Remote First Culture. You will have experience of and be comfortable working remotely.

Our inhouse team works on a variety of projects including CRM systems, Websites, mobile apps and technical solutions for business and customer problems or enhancements. We strive to build excellent user experiences that delight our customers.
Greenfield projects make up the core work and are an opportunity to build new systems from scratch, as well the challenge of modernising 10-20 year old software across business units.
Our team works flexibly over a range of frameworks, technologies and languages, are amazing problem solvers and like to have fun!

About You
Skills
- 5 years experience.
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficiency with server side languages such as Python and Django.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL database.
- Mobile app experience: iOS and/or Android is desirable.
- Experience with automated testing
- CI/CD - Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment - Jenkins preferable
Mindset
- Track record of working collaboratively, being self organised and extremely trustworthy.
- Takes pride in the quality of their work particularly around code clean and tests.
- Able to break problems down into simple components to find faster solutions.
- Outcome over output - able to get the job done, whatever tool is required.
- Able to work with stakeholders to translate sometimes operationally ambiguous requirements
