Responsible for architecting and building the core platform, DialSight is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with at least 5 years of experience. Experience in a startup environment is preferred. Candidates should have substantial software development experience in a variety of languages, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well within a fast-paced environment. Experience with VOIP platforms is a plus. Potential for a CTO role based on experience.
DialSight is an out of the box call center platform with advanced analytics and optimizations ready to be put to use. You'll be responsible for the core call center platform, designing and building a CRM first business phone system.
