Fullstack Developer

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a passionate developer who possesses in depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of software development. Candidate will be expected to work remotely, and report on progress to key stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
You will be charged with the task of designing and implementing front-end and back-end features for our state of the art platform. The ideal candidate should have an interest in working with mobile and web development. Likewise, the candidate should be comfortable with at least one programming language (Python is a major plus), and be able to comfortably implement functionality such as authentication, data binding, and asynchronous calls.
Core Responsibilities:
Design overall architecture of the web application
Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
Maintain code integrity and organization.
Convert designs to visual elements.
Understand and implementation security and data protection.
Design and implement a seamless user experience between mobile and desktop
Justify critical design choices.
Attend weekly meetings remotely.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree from an accredited Computer Science program, plus 1 year proven industry experience. 3 years of proven industry experience may also be substituted in lieu of a CS degree.
Minimum 3.5 GPA in major.
Ability to work remotely for 40hrs/week under minimal supervision.
Be reliable and accountable for agreed upon deliverables.
Bonus: Understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Data Engineering
Ultimately, we are looking for somebody who is passionate about software design, and can work independently while following a set of loosely defined deliverables. Selected candidate will be expected to drive the design process, and strictly adhere to a schedule that they define, while providing regular status updates to key stakeholders.

Compensation
- $60K – $100K
- 0.5% – 3.0%
