Fynd is seeking a VP of Software Engineering. This individual will work with a dynamic and nationally distributed team.

This is a management-level position that requires leadership and technical expertise disciplines. This position will develop and manage code daily.

An ideal candidate is a problem solver that is not afraid to role up their sleeves and dive in. A successful candidate is an effective communicator that understands effective time management.

This role requires code contribution, product architecture and cloud based management.

This is a highly technical role and candidates will be thoroughly interviewed in both algorithmic and computer science based disciplines.

> Lead day-to-day development efforts for all product and feature initiatives
> Architect lean solutions that allow company growth at decreased and reliable
costs
> Manage deployment pipeline for all micro-service based applications

> Education: BA, BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar
area
> In depth knowledge of SOA/micro-service based architectures
> In depth knowledge of current market containerization practices
> In depth knowledge of the development operations layer related to cloud-
based system management
> Working knowledge of current CI/CD practices
> Experience:
- 10+ years experience of full-stack development
- 5+ years experience of software architecture
- 5+ years experience of software leadership
- 5+ years experience of personnel management
