As a Junior Software Developer you will get to design and develop high class services for digital messaging. At NextUp you will prototype applications from start to finish and innovate and design new services or features to existing services. You will break things, rebuild them, make them better, and share your learnings with the rest of the team! To succeed in this role, you don’t have to be the complete package right away – your motivation to learn and become an expert in what you do will take you far!

We look for
- Good skills with Python and Django
- Experience with SQL, APIs and RESTful interfaces, structured/unstructured data manipulation, and cloud services
- Proactive attitude and motivation to learn
- Fluency in English or Finnish
We consider as an advantage
- Knowledge of Linux, Javascript, jQuery and/or nginx
