Python Developer - 100% REMOTE

- Be able to work on the architecture of the new and existing app

- Instead of the traditional top-down hierarchy, you will work in squads, tribes, and chapters to run our business (adapted from the Spotify model)
Project samples you will be working on:
- Building MVP's and setting architecture from scratch
- Work on a profitable startup project
- Iterate products and prototype new features
- Optimize existing products and validates features to scale them up for multiple users
Requirements:
- Must be located anywhere between UTC +1 (London) - UTC +4 (Dubai)
- 2+ years of working experience with Python
- Proactive and independent
- Highly collaborative team player
- Ambitious and has the ability to think outside the box
Nice to have:
- Experience with TDD
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Experience working with GraphQL
Compensation:
- €30k-€45k Euro per year
