Back End Developer Python/Django
*Work in a SCRUM environment
- Develop new features and guarantee their quality while following the best practices (CI/CD, TDD, Code Review,…)
- Design and develop APIs
- Integrate with different platforms (buyer, seller, carrier, etc.)
- Move fast and hack which translates to Try, Fail, Refactor, Test, Profile and Debug the living hell out of our code while most importantly Ship fast!
- Collaborate with the product team
- Have a strong impact on the performance of the product and the code quality
- Provide data to the Data team
- Create the future architecture in order to anticipate the growth of users numbers
- Perform a constant technological watch and empower the team with your new discoveries
- Be a great team player and enabling other people in the team with your skills and jokes

Requirements
2-3 years of experience in web develpment
Python expert, Django or Flask experience is appreciated, AWS is a plus
Able to adapt to change in a fast paced environment
The knowledge of the Agile methodology is preferred but we are open to any collaborative method
Be open to continuous improvement, curious with an entrepreneurial spirit
Be a strong contributor to the team, bring innovative ideas and follow through with them
This job can be remote or onsite in Rennes, France (visa sponsorship okay)
