Hello! I am Chetan Malhotra from New Delhi, India. I am currently looking for full-time remote opportunities. I have previously done some Open-Source work with CERN-HSF and Govt. of India as an intern. Currently, I am part-time(weekends and nights) helping my friends at kloudTrader as a CTO and programmer. As a side project, I am using Deep Learning to develop an app that can convert handwritten characters into a PC-usable font. Behaviourally, I know my deadlines and can complete every task even under sheer pressure. I believe in synergy and have excellent communication skills which lead to a better workplace environment and provides a greater flow of ideas so that the problem can be easily solved. Open Source Developer

Worked with High Energy Physics Software Foundation(HSF) under the umbrella of CERN, and developing front-end plotting mechanisms of histogrammar(histogrammar.org) that can be used across multi-lingual implementations of histogrammar including Python, Scala, Julia, C++ with the functionality of web and remote, aggregated data plotting. Passed the first evaluation but could not complete deliverables till the second evaluation, so continued project off-GSoC.

Interned under the apprenticeship of Technical Director, Scientist 'E'(NIC) and worked on basic front end programming and learned about the use of MVC and Microsoft technologies like C#, .NET, SQL server in Gov't Of India's technology stack. Also got exposure to Govt. of India's recent shift to Cloud infrastructure-Meghraj, The national cloud of NIC.
