Being as Data Analyst in Ekistics Property Advisors LLP I perform deep Statistical Analysis, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on Real Estate market. In addition to that I build data automation systems with Python for Data analysis. Machine Learning is a part of my role. In this field I build ML for classify real estate object for purposes of new investments, build ML prediction modules to predict price changes in different market of real estate in different Europe countries. Random Forest and XgBoost returned the best results so far for this. Web Scraping with Selenium and BeautifulSoup is almost daily routine in this position. Data visualization & Reporting by Python (Matplotlib + Seaborn) and Power BI is the funniest part of this role.
