Python/ETL Developer

We are hiring for a Senior Python/ETL Developer in Canada. Please find the job description below. It is a Full-Time position with 100% remote flexibility.

• Experience as a backend software developer of at least 10 years.
• Excellent Python development experience.
• Good working experience in developing ETL pipelines for data using technologies like Airflow, PySpark, MySQL, Hive, and Snowflake.
• Working knowledge of creating applications with strong testing, including unit, functional, and integration tests.
• Command of data cataloging tools like Atlan.
• Working with business analysts, other developers, and testers as well as implementing creative process solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• knowledge of API Gateways like Apigee, as well as Web Services and third-party APIs.
• working familiarity with the designs, trends, and new technologies that make up the overall web application landscape.
