Data Scientist
Harvesting Inc. is an award-winning Silicon Valley-based FinTech startup, looking for motivated Data Scientist to join full-time position in a fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of young and dynamic data scientists to perform analytical experiments in a scientific manner and provide timely assessments of alternate models via speculative approaches. This is a perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to become a part of the innovative and energetic team which influence both our products and clients.
Our requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field
• Excellent understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques such as Random forest, Decision forests, deep learning, SVM etc.
• Proven experience working with unstructured and structured data in fuzzy environment
• Excellent with common data science toolkits based on python codes, such as NumPy etc.
• Excellent in python coding
• Good scripting and web programming skills and strong knowledge of REST APIs is plus
• Strong working experience in private sector beyond academic projects is a plus.
• Teamwork, pride, respect, quick-learner, hard-worker, extraordinary communication skills and commitment oriented approach is huge plus.
