Senior Python Engineer

RebelMouse serves over 90 million unique visitors monthly. Considering our rapidly growing business and the fast pace of the media industry, we're expanding our team to ensure that new clients experience all of our platform's benefits as quickly as possible. This is why our Content Import team is looking for an ambitious and motivated Python engineer who will help us provide outstanding support to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Export and analyze data from a client's existing CMS
• Communicate clearly both internally and with a client to ensure that no data is lost during a migration
• Create and maintain automated tools that automate data export and import operations
• Establish best practices for data exporting and importing
• Update existing export and import processes, and design new processes as needed
• Work effectively as a member of an agile team

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to track and complete numerous details
• Ability to embrace a fast-paced and always-changing environment

Hard Skills (We don't expect you to have mastered all of these.)

• Excellent Python knowledge
• Expertise in processing large amounts of data
• Knowledge in multithreaded operations
• Experience in analyzing data from WordPress, Drupal, and other popular CMSs/frameworks
