Full-Stack Developer (Django)

Your expertise in Django, Python, and front-end technologies and infrastructure will allow us to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences that our users will love. You are the linchpin in transforming our vision into reality, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of technology.
Here's what you'll be doing
You will be at the heart of our development efforts, creating and maintaining our web applications. Your work will directly impact the way our clients engage with our learning platform. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that delight our users and meet their evolving needs.
- Develop and maintain web applications using Django for back-end and HTMX and Alpine.js for front-end.
- Implement and manage secure user authentication and authorization.
- Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Salary Range $90k-$150

Requirements
You Need These Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on Django.
- Proficiency in front-end development using HTMX and Alpine.js.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Be a US citizen and an excellent communicator in English.
It Would Be Nice If
- You have experience with OpenAI, LangChain, and HeyGen APIs.
- You have used Celery/Beat/Flower with Django.
- You are familiar with Docker and containerized applications.
- You have experience with cloud platforms such as Heroku, AWS, or Digital Ocean.
- You have scaled a production Django application.
- You understand agile development methodologies.
