Python Web Developer
PYTHON WEB DEVELOPER JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Python web frameworks and event-driven programming in Python
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
- Security background or basic 101 type understanding
- Good understanding of server-side templating languages
- Strong unit test and debugging skills
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3
- Familiarity with Linux
- Used Docker and CI/CD
- AWS deployment
Responsibilities:
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Understanding, analyzing, and implementing – Business needs, feature modification requests, conversion into software components
- Integration of user-oriented elements into different applications, data storage solutions
- Developing – Backend components to enhance performance and receptiveness, server-side logic, and platform, statistical learning models, highly responsive web applications
- Designing and implementing – High availability and low latency applications, data protection and security features
- Performance tuning and automation of application
- Testing and debugging software applications with Python test framework tools like Behave, Pytest, PyUnit, etc.
Skills:
- Python frameworks like Django/Flask/FastAp
- Web frameworks and RESTful APIs
- Core Python fundamentals and programming
- Code packaging, release, and deployment
- Database knowledge
- Circles, conditional and control statements
- Object-Relational Mapping like - sqlalchemy
- Server-side languages like Jinja, Mako etc.
- Code versioning tools like Git, SVN, etc
