Python Engineer, Backend Generalist

Experiencing hockey stick growth, we are expanding the Solver family and are actively looking for a jack-of-all-trades type Software Engineer - with a passion for Python- to join our distributed product engineering team and take an active role in building out the 6th generation of our product.

Skills and experience important to us:

2+ years’ production deployment experience working in Python. Production experience shipping software on Ubuntu or Debian. Working knowledge of MongoDB

Also nice to have:

Experience with Flask; ElasticSearch, Redis, and/or Postgres; ETL pipelines and data integrations; machine learning and NLP. Interest in building AI, working in a data-rich, build-to-ship always up ever-evolving, startup environment.
