As the Lead Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting technical solutions, turning visionary product ideas into tangible experiences for consumers. You'll guide an engineering team committed to delivering high-quality code frequently, directly contributing to significant enhancements in user experiences.
Requirements
We are seeking a Python expert, ideally with Django experience or the aptitude to master it quickly. The ideal candidate should have deep database expertise, preferably with Postgres or Redis, and comprehend their role in web development. Experience in deploying applications via Docker, understanding containerization, proficiency in front-end technologies like Javascript and Typescript, and familiarity with platforms like AWS and GCP are highly desirable. Additionally, experience with consumer-facing products is a significant plus. Moreover, we’re seeking a leader who thrives on collaboration—someone ready to spread knowledge, guide and inspire other high-potential developers.

The Base Salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 USD annually. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate’s specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate’s job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
