Python Developer
We are a radio tech. expert company situated in Berlin Germany. For the ongoing maintenance and further development of our business planing and control solution (developed, by ourselves, based on python)
we are looking for a further skilled python developer to strengten our team
The task you can expect:
support our developers in building and maintaining our software
The project you would work on
in-house business/ERP software that runs our radio rental service
the software implements booking, logistics, accounting and more
The environment:
Python 2.7 running a Pyramid-driven REST-Application on the backend
sophisticated web-application frontend based on angular.js
ORM with SQLAlchemy
Jinja templates
Celery for background jobs
(more and more) Docker-driven development and deployment
agile development principles and values - we do SCRUM
git-flow (alike) development process
Nice and pleasant developers & dev-op
Needed Skills
MVC + ORM understanding (specialist)
very good python experience (specialist to expert)
javascript - es5 + es6 experience (intermediate)
git experience (intermediate)
strong analytic & business logic skills (specialist)
It would be great if you would further more have (but it is not mandatory):
angular.js experience
PostgreSQL Database experience, including plain SQL understanding
REST understanding
pyramid experience
celery experience
Time
You should be able and willing to dedicate at least 20 hours of your time per week to our project(s). 30hrs and more would be welcome as well.
