Bitcoin Data Analyst (Creative, Chart-Driven Storyteller)
We’re seeking a Bitcoin-native Data Analyst who can go beyond surface-level metrics to uncover deep insights through original analysis and code-driven research. If you thrive on dissecting on-chain data, investor behaviors, price trends, macro signals, and exchange flows, and can express your findings through sharp, engaging charts, this role is for you.
- Deeply familiar with Bitcoin, its economic properties, and ecosystem dynamics
- Conducts high-quality data-driven analyses of Bitcoin market to guide investors
- Has research experience, can ask and answer interesting questions based on the data
- Thinks critically, and is comfortable questioning narratives
- Has a deep understanding of financial markets and bitcoin-related data, such as onchain data, derivative and exchange data, and macroeconomic trends
- Builds data pipelines using APIs and other data sources
- Uses Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, plotly, etc.) to process and visualize data
- Confident working with time series, financial indicators, and large datasets
- Develops original metrics or models to evaluate Bitcoin market behavior
- Presents insights in chart form with clear, focused annotations
- Familiarity with existing Bitcoin data platforms/dashboards (e.g., Glassnode, CryptoQuant, Dune, …)
