Senior Software Engineer
To meet the demand, we’re looking for a skilled, responsible Senior Software Developer with deep knowledge of engineering practices, a lean mindset and a good mathematical foundation.
As a full stack software engineer you would be working on different active projects covering the entire portfolio of Archilyse, including live APIs, heavy batch processing with image processing and machine learning applications. The current development team is composed of 5 software engineers working as front end back end and full stack developers with backgrounds in Astrophysics, Information Architecture, Computational Science and Computer Engineering.
You will be working as a full-stack engineer with a stack composed of OpenAPI-based services built primarily in Python and C++.

Requirements
Required Tech-Skills: - Experience with developing high-quality Python 3 - Practice in clean code, TDD, BDD, pair programming, continuous integration and continuous delivery - Comfortable in linux-based systems and containerization (Docker) - Hands on experience designing and implementing RESTful backend services - Experience with relational, preferably spatial, databases - BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a similar subject - DevOps experience
Nice-to-Have Tech-Skills: - Experience with frontend technologies and frameworks: Angular/React/HTML/CSS - Experience with distributed systems - Deep knowledge of algorithms & data structures - Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible - Machine learning knowledge or the willingness to learn it.

Our B2B service opens up business cases for real estate valuators, developers, portfolio holders, marketers, consultants, and planners. We are an interdisciplinary, multi-national team of bright minded and curious people who enjoy working together towards clear, common goals. After finishing several POCs with leading players of the industry last year we started to onboard our first MRR clients. Since we have just finished our pre-Series A round and aim for a proper A-Round in fall 2019, we want to focus fully on increasing our MRR.
